소개

StatPan은 AI agent engineering, data infrastructure, GCP system, developer tooling, production software judgment를 정리하는 기술 글쓰기 표면입니다.

이 사이트는 상업 콘텐츠 사이트가 아니라 신뢰 표면을 목표로 합니다. System boundary, workflow design, evaluation, observability, data contract, operational failure mode, production system을 실제로 쓸 수 있게 만드는 세부사항을 어떻게 판단하는지 보여주는 공간입니다.

현재 초점

• Demo가 아닌 production system으로서의 AI agent
• GitHub-native agent workflow와 issue-to-PR automation
• Tool layer, MCP-style interface, agent를 위한 API contract
• Retrieval, evidence, document workflow
• GCP 기반 data/automation system
• 공개 오픈소스 프로젝트와 engineering note

글쓰기 경계

일부 글은 실무 경험에서 출발하지만, 회사의 비공개 구현 세부사항, 고객 데이터, 내부 prompt, log, 공개하면 안 되는 architecture는 게시하지 않습니다.

기본 원칙은 단순합니다. 구체적인 비공개 system은 비공개로 두고, 다른 engineer가 사용할 수 있는 일반화된 engineering problem, failure pattern, public tool, open-source work, design trade-off를 씁니다.

프로젝트

Project page는 StatPan이 만드는 제품과 이를 지탱하는 오픈소스 작업을 함께 다룹니다. 오픈소스 항목은 공개된 repository만 올리고, 내 프로젝트가 아닌 경우에는 그 사실을 명확히 밝힙니다.
